Refund policy

Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. Please contact us at contact@ondenoire.com with your order number before returning any items.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to the following address: Onde Noire — 29 route de Marboz, 01000 Bourg-en-Bresse, France.
Return shipping costs are at your expense. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original order.

Defective item or printing error
If your item has a manufacturing defect or a printing error, please contact us at contact@ondenoire.com within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number and clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund, without requiring you to return the original item.

Please carefully consult the size guide found on each product page before ordering. Size-related issues fall under the right of withdrawal policy described above.
